What warranty do you offer on musical instruments?
Warranty coverage varies by brand and product category.
We generally provide a 1-year warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
Selected high-end Roland digital pianos includes extended warranty coverage of up to 5 years.
Some budget or non-distributed brands are sold without warranty, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Warranty coverage does not normally include damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts.

Can I receive help before or after an online purchase?
Yes. Acoustic Yard provides WhatsApp assistance before and after online purchases. Customers can ask for product-selection guidance, availability information and after-sales support even when they cannot visit a showroom.
Can Acoustic Yard help me choose my first instrument or upgrade my current setup?
Yes. Acoustic Yard’s team helps beginners, students and experienced musicians compare models according to their needs, playing goals and budget. Assistance is available in the showrooms and through WhatsApp.
Do the Dbayeh and Verdun showrooms carry the same products?
Not necessarily. Dbayeh is Acoustic Yard’s main showroom and carries the widest selection of instruments and equipment. Verdun offers a carefully selected collection of guitars, instruments and accessories. Contact us before visiting if you are looking for a particular model.
Can I try and compare instruments before buying?
Yes. Customers can visit Acoustic Yard to experience and compare instruments in person. The Dbayeh showroom offers the widest selection, while the Verdun showroom carries a selected range and provides personalized guitar consultations and beginner recommendations.

Products from the brands officially distributed by Acoustic Yard are genuine and supported by an official warranty in Lebanon when eligible. Acoustic Yard also provides local after-sales and technical support. Warranty coverage and procedures vary according to the brand, product and nature of the issue.

Do you sell second hand instruments?
Yes we do carry a small collection of used instruments.
What's your refund policy?
